in 2016 focusing on Research in Energy and Food crisis using

Micro- Algae.

Our vision is to enhance the quality of life for the people around the globe by delivering healthy food, together with a better environment for mankind to strive for.

Zaara Biotech launched a number of high-nutrition products including the iconic Blite cookies.

With the collaboration from ICAR-CIFT for research and development, the company improved upon its products with algal-seaweed technology adding to its quality and taste.

With every bite of B-lite spirulina cookies, you consume digestible natural proteins, sufficient amounts of dietary fibre, calcium and iron.With its nutritional goodness, a single pack of these cookies can compensate entirely for a missed meal.

In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, global innovation hubs in Europe and the US have long been at the forefront of pioneering advancements. However, amidst this dynamic ecosystem, a notable shift is underway—a shift that promises to redefine the trajectory of technological progress and economic prosperity. This shift is none other than the burgeoning rise of Indian innovations.

While Europe and the US continue to spearhead groundbreaking tech innovations, the economic viability of these advancements is increasingly being redirected towards Indian innovation ecosystems. With a burgeoning startup culture, a pool of highly skilled talent, and a relentless drive for innovation, India has emerged as a formidable player in the global tech arena.

Against this backdrop of transformation, I am honored to share my experiences and insights at TEDx, where I had the privilege to discuss the potential of Algae technology and entrepreneurial opportunities as a student representative from India. Algae technology, with its myriad applications ranging from sustainable food sources to environmental solutions, exemplifies the innovative spirit and potential impact of Indian entrepreneurship.

The FMCG sector has been the driving force behind our growth, leveraging Algal and seaweed technology. We have successfully carved our niche in the market, embodying a customer-centric approach.
